Ms. Oliver joined Arnold & Smith, PLLC, in April, 2022, to serve as paralegal to Courtney Carter, a senior associate in the firm’s domestic practice. Ms. Oliver has more than six (6) of experience as a family law paralegal. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Presbyterian College, and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma from the ABA-accredited paralegal program at Central Piedmont Community College. Ms. Oliver has also completed the requirements of the North Carolina State Bar paralegal certification program, and holds the designation of “North Carolina Certified Paralegal” (NCCP). She works in our uptown Charlotte location.

Ms. Oliver is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, but has lived in south Charlotte for twenty-five years. She and her husband have two children in college. They enjoy traveling to see their kids in college, and to see family in Michigan, Florida and Georgia. They also love spending time hiking in the North Carolina mountains, trying new restaurants in Charlotte, and playing with their beloved black lab, Maisy.
